White Chocolate Blondie Bars

White Chocolate Blondie Bars by JeJe Design

For Easter I made several treats, but this one was by far my favorite! They can be made for any occasion right? You can change up the toppings and fillings or even cake mix choice. Seriously though, don't make these unless you have friends or family to eat them with you... or you are prepared to eat the whole pan yourself. They are that good!

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees, then it is time to start putting together the ingredients. Start by putting a funfetti/confetti cake mix in your bowl. Then add 1/4 a cup of oil. I used vegetable oil, but you could use coconut oil or melted butter. Then add 2 eggs. Next add 1/3 a cup of milk.

At that point I mixed everything together, just to make sure it is well blended. I also prepped my pan at this time with non stick cooking spray. I used my 7 x 11 inch pan instead of a 9 x 13 pan.

You may notice the difference between the batter above and below. I didn't picture it but I also added 1/2 a cup of Bisquick to thicken it up.Then I added a cup of white chocolate chips to make it extra delicious!

Then you put it in the pan, spread it out evenly, and pop it in the oven to bake for 17-20 minutes using the toothpick method to verify when the Blondie Bars are fully cooked.

Once the bars are done cooking, and I had removed it from the oven, while it it still hot I sprinkled some more white chocolate chips on top to melt. When they were melted I spread them over the top of the bars. Do this gently so you don't poke any holes in your bars.

About 30 minutes later my bars were fully cooled, so I started sprinkling on all the yummy goodies to really top off this delicious dessert. I started by spreading some fluffy white frosting on top, then added M&M's, some more white chocolate chips, and sprinkles of course! You really could top these with anything but this mixture was amazing!
